Different standards evaluate different aspects of drinking water treatment systems. Here’s what NSF/ANSI 42, 58 and 372 are designed to address.

REVERSE OSMOSIS DRINKING WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS

NSF/ANSI 58 establishes requirements for reverse osmosis drinking water treatment systems, covering system performance, materials, structural integrity and verified reduction claims.

NOTE: Specific reduction claims depend on the product and the parameters actually tested and verified.

LEAD REDUCTION
